1 ww99's Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At ww99, we see ourselves as more than just an entertainment platform. We understand that online gaming can deliver tremendous excitement, but it also carries significant responsibility — both on our part and yours as a member. This is why responsible gaming is not merely a slogan for us; it is an operating principle embedded in every aspect of the ww99 platform.

Since its founding, WW99 has made serious investments in user protection infrastructure. This includes a strict age verification system during registration, self-control tools easily accessible within account settings, and a customer support team specially trained to identify and assist members who may be showing signs of problem gambling.

2 Understanding the Risks of Problem Gambling

Compulsive gambling or problem gambling is a real condition that can have serious consequences on a person's life. It is not a matter of weak character or lack of discipline — it is a medically recognised health issue that requires proper attention and support.

Early signs of a gambling problem are often subtle and easy to overlook. A person may begin playing more frequently than usual, or find themselves thinking about gambling even while doing other activities. When losses occur, the urge to "win back" lost money can become overwhelming and lead to a dangerous cycle.

WW99 takes a proactive approach to this matter. Our system is designed to detect unusual usage patterns, and our team will reach out to members showing concerning signs to offer support and information on available help resources.

3 How to Use ww99's Self-Control Tools

Accessing and using the self-control tools at WW99 is simple and can be done entirely on your own without contacting customer support first:

• Log in to your ww99 account and go to the Account Settings.
• Select the tab Responsible Gaming or Limits & Controls.
• Choose the type of limit you want to set — deposit, loss, play time or break.
• Enter the desired value and confirm your settings.
• Limits take effect immediately or within 24 hours depending on the type of limit selected.

It is important to remember that lowering your limit is easier than raising it. If you wish to increase a limit you have set, our system applies a 7-day waiting period to ensure the decision is made with careful thought and not driven by emotion in the moment.

4 Child and Youth Protection

WW99 has a zero-tolerance policy on underage access. In addition to our strict KYC process during registration, we also recommend that parents and guardians take the following steps to protect children and young people at home:

• Ensure that any device used to access WW99 is protected with a password or PIN unknown to children.
• Never save your ww99 login credentials automatically on a shared device.
• Use parental control software on children's devices to block access to gambling websites.
• Always log out fully from your ww99 account after each session, especially on shared devices.

If you suspect that someone under the age of 18 has accessed or registered an account on ww99, please contact our team immediately. We will investigate and close the account without delay.

5 External Help and Support Resources

WW99 understands that in some situations, professional support from an expert is the most appropriate course of action. If you or someone you know needs help with a gambling problem, there are several support organisations in Malaysia that offer confidential and free counselling services:

• Talian Kasih 15999 – A 24-hour social helpline operated by the Malaysian Department of Social Welfare.
• Befrienders Kuala Lumpur – Emotional support and counselling services for individuals in distress.
• Government hospitals – Psychiatric units at major government hospitals provide counselling services for compulsive gambling issues.

Seeking help is a brave and wise step. WW99 fully supports any member who chooses to pursue professional support, and we will assist with the self-exclusion process if needed.
